At Killer Retro, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Print on Demand Products

All sales of print on demand products are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items, unless they are damaged, defective, or have a printing error. If you receive a print on demand product that falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Non-Print on Demand Products

For all non-print on demand products, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, new, and unworn condition. It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at contact@thenhlst.com within 14 days of purchase. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within ten business days and credited back to your original payment method. Exchanges will be processed as separate transactions.

Exceptions

Please note that discounted and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, all print on demand products are final sale, unless they are damaged, defective, or have a printing error.
