WHAT IS PRINT ON DEMAND P.O.D PRODUCTS
At Killer Retro, we use a print-on-demand (POD) model, which means each product is made specifically for you after you place an order. This eco-friendly approach eliminates overstock and waste, reducing the environmental impact often seen in traditional retail. It’s our way of ensuring that every piece we produce has a purpose—and a proud owner.
This model also lets us focus on what matters most: creating unique designs and restoring vintage finds. Without the burden of managing large inventories, we can dedicate our time and passion to crafting high-quality, retro-inspired pieces that truly stand out.
BLANKS AND FIT
We use only high-quality, well-known blank garments. Each design is matched with the blank that fits it best — some are printed on heavyweight tees, others on garment-dyed, washed styles, or premium soft tees. All are pre-shrunk and true to size, with a size chart available on each listing.
We work with trusted brands like Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and Independent Trading Co. All of these brands follow ethical and sustainable production practices, which is something we take seriously.
We never use sweatshop brands — quality, responsibility, and comfort always come first.

SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are shipped on weekdays by our print department. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, but sometimes it takes up to 10 days in peak seasons.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information from the service provider, with updates usually available the same day around midnight.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you’ve been notified.
Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the courier. If you need further information, please reach out to the shipping service directly.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT
Oops, we’re really sorry about that! We never want any of our customers to have that experience. We will make it right whatever it takes.
