Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment verification. During peak periods, processing can take up to 10 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Please double-check your shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or damaged items

In the rare event of lost or damaged items during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of damaged items for our investigation.

Returns due to shipping issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you for an alternative address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
