Return Window

At KILLER RETRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@killerretro.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@killerretro.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
