Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@killerretro.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@killerretro.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Standard shipping fees will be deducted from refunds on items that originally qualified for free shipping.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.
